Our game relies entirely on publicly available third-party data streams and endpoints, including data derived from the official Fantasy Premier League platform.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility
- Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on this website.
- One Account Per Person: Users are strictly limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses to manipulate leaderboards or exploit the game structure will result in an immediate and permanent ban of all associated accounts.
- Social Authentication: We support sign-ins via Google and Apple. We do not collect or store your Google or Apple passwords. You are responsible for keeping your third-party accounts secure.
5. Mini-Leagues and User-Generated Content
Users are permitted to create and participate in private mini-leagues.
- No Commercial Use: Mini-leagues are for recreational use only. Users are strictly prohibited from charging entry fees, hosting commercial advertisements, or organizing side-wagers/gambling activities through our mini-leagues.
- Content Moderation: We reserve the right to instantly delete, rename, or censor any Team Name or Mini-League Name that contains profanity, hate speech, offensive puns, or defamatory language.
- User Conduct: We hold zero liability for personal disputes or private agreements made between users within private mini-leagues.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Isle of Man, footballcentury.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including website downtime, loss of data, score miscalculations, or malicious third-party activities.
